Coolpad A1 and Mega 4A Launched in India as Offline Exclusives

Chinese company Coolpad has announced two new budget smartphones, dubbed the Coolpad A1 and Coolpad Mega 4A in India.Starting with the Coolpad A1, the smartphone comes with a 5-inch full HD display and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor. The smartphone comes equipped with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of inbuilt storage which comes with the option to expand up to 64GB with the use of a memory card.



In the camera department, there is an 8-megapixel rear camera while the front-facing snapper is rated at 5-megapixel. The Coolpad A1 is backed by a 2,500mAh battery and runs Android 7.1 Nougat.

The Coolpad Mega 4A, on the other hand, features a 5-inch HD display and is powered by quad-core Spreadtrum chipset clocked at 1.3GHz. The smartphone has 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 64GB via a microSD card.

On the camera front, the device houses a 5-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel front snapper. The Coolpad Mega 4A gets is power from a 2,000mAh battery and runs Android 7.0 Nougat.

The Coolpad A1 and the Mega 4A come with a price tag of Rs 5,499 and Rs 4,299, respectively and are available in single Gold colour. The smartphones are up for grabs via eight offline stores across Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra in the country.
