Home-bred company M-tech has launched a new budget smartphone in its Eros series, dubbed the Eros Smart in India. The main highlight of the 4G VolTEenabled smartphone is the incorporation of a fingerprint scanner at the back, with fast unlocking speed and 360- degree rotation capability.
In terms of the technical specifications, the M-tech Eros Smart comes with a 5-inch HD IPS LCD display and is powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz.The smartphone is equipped with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of onboard storage which can be further expanded up to 32GB with the help of a memory card.
Talking about the camera department, there is a 5-megapixel rear snapper with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front camera. The Eros Smart is backed by a 2,400mAh battery which is expected to provide a talk time of up to 7 hours, and runs Android 7.0 Nougat.
The device houses dual SIM card slots, and is topped with various connectivity options such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, OTG support, and FM radio.The M-tech Eros Smart is priced at Rs 4,799 and comes in Rose Gold, Gold, Black and Coffee colour variants. The smartphone is available across offline and online stores.
