BRITZO Unveils ‘Make in India’ Phone Brand iVVO, Price Starts At Rs 649

Britzo, a new entrant in the Indian market, recently launched its mobile phone brand iVVO in India which was followed by the rollout of eight of its smart 2G feature phones which are segmented across five product categories; BEATZ, PRIMO, TUFF, SELFEE and VOLT and are part of the government’s ‘Make in India’ initiative.

All of the launched products are priced between Rs 649 to Rs 5,999 and come with features like multilingual support of over 22 Indian languages including English, Hindi & Urdu, Wi-Fi tethering, facial recognition, phone-based WhatsApp, and shatterproof smartphone screens which are aimed at the rural population.



The brand has also announced its visually-appealing as well as feature-intensive 4G smartphones namely ‘Storm Lite’ and ‘Storm Pro’. The two smartphones run on the latest Android Oreo (Go edition) and come loaded with features such as ‘Face Unlock’ facial recognition and shatterproof screen. While the ‘Storm Lite’ comes with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of inbuilt storage, ‘Storm Pro’ comes with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of inbuilt storage, both expandable up to 128GB.

In the camera department, both Britzo smartphones sport an 8MP front camera with dual selfie flash, along with an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and auto-focus. ‘Storm Lite’ and ‘Storm Pro’ are priced at Rs 4,999 and Rs 5,999, respectively.

The company also announced that all iVVO customers can also enjoy a huge repository of songs as well as videos, bundled with the Britzo’s exclusive 201-day replacement warranty and a 12+3 month product warranty. In order to strengthen its roots in India, Britzo has already established a channel of 200 direct as well as indirect partners, 20,000 retailers, and more than 900 service outlets in India.
