BlackBerry Ghost With Bezel-Less Display

In what appears to be a bid to gain a strong foothold in the Indian market, TCL-owned BlackBerry is reportedly working on a new smartphone codenamed ‘Ghost’ which is said to be launched in India soon.

According to popular tipster Evan Blass, the purported smartphone is likely to come with a bezel-less display and will fall under the premium segment. The image shows a sleek handset with a metal frame and curved edges.

There is also a SIM card slot and antenna cutouts present on the side. The image also shows an earpiece and front-facing camera above the display. While not much is known about the BlackBerry Ghost, the smartphone, to be licensed by Optiemus, is likely to sport an aspect ratio rated at 18:9 and is expected to run Android 8.0 Oreo.

Furthermore, it could be an India exclusive and might not get launched in any other market.
